Shrimp & Scallops in Creamy Sauce

Melt butter, then sautee onions and garlic.

Rinse shrimps & scallops then add to the skillet. Season with Tony’s Creole seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. This is going to create a sauce. You’ll want to let the sauce evaporate til it’s in a creamy texture.

Then add asparagus, small red and yellow peppers, and cherry tomatoes. The vegetables will extract water. You’ll also want to have that water evaporate. Mix all ingredients as it cooks. When the water has fully evaporated, serve.
