Chicken with Sweet Asian Sauce

Sauce mix

1 cup Teriyaki Sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp corn starch mix with water for thickening

Main Ingredients

5 pieces of chicken

1 bunch of cilantro

4 roma tomatoes

1 purple onion

5 cloves of garlic

3 mild mini sweet peppers

1 lemon

Jalapeños (optional)



In a sauce pot, heat up the sauce mix then thickened it with corn starch.

In a pan, boil the chicken until fully cooked.  Cut up tomatoes, cilantro, onions, garlic, and mild mini sweet peppers.  Jalapeños is optional.

Once the chicken is cooked, pour out the water.  Do not remove chicken from the pan.  Add oil to the pan, garlic and onions and squeeze lemon onto the chicken.  Let the chicken sauteé. Once that is done, pour the sauce mix over the chicken and turn the chicken in the sauce. When satisfied the chicken is fully turned in the sauce, add the tomatoes, cilantro, and cut peppers. Only turn the vegetables with the chicken until fully coated with sauce. Serve over rice or whatever side you wish.
